Rhubarb Cheesecake!

Due to popular demand, here is the recipe for the rhubarb cheesecake you may have heard about. We LOVE it, and hope you will too!

(Do NOT cut any sugar!!! - and you may want to cook the rhubarb for about 17-18 minutes instead of 15 as listed in the recipe. I also put something under my springform pan, as the rhubarb juice likes to escape!)
